About Feather Fluorite
Has soft bands of green, purple, blue, teal or lavender. With delicate wispy feather-like internal textures. It's patterns are formed by mineral growth.
The physical phenomenon of fluorescence was named after the mineral flourite. When exposed to uv light, the europium ions inside the crystal react causing the stone to emit a glowing bluish-white color.
It's often called an "angelic" stone linked to the third eye chakra and heart chakra to enhance emotional peace and intuition. It's also thought to clear mental fog and boost concentration.
