This freeform has a multicolor flash to it. It flashes deep electric blue as well as peach-orange and purple. The striking color play stands out vividly against the flat grey faces. It doesn't just show off on one side both sides show how flashy Purple Labradorite can be.
About Purple Labradorite
It was discovered along the rocky shore of Canada's Labrador peninsula in 1770. Moravian missionaries named it directly after the peninsula itself and sent samples back to Europe. It quickly became fashionable in 18th and 19th century jewelry.
Inuit tribes in Canada revered Labradorite as a fire stone. Tribal healers would actually crush the stone into a fine powder and use it as a remedy for illness and ailments.
Known as the "Stone of magic" it's thought to act as a psychic barrier, sealing holes in the aura. Its believed to quiet an anxious mind and reduce stress.
